SHIPEngine Update Process from SHIPTide

First, download the latest SHIPEngine v5 for your SIM.

Then launch SHIPTide, and select File->SIM Programming:

You will then see the SIM Programming Panel, where you can not only update the SIM's firmware, but also its boot loader elements as well as its GUI all in one operation. If you want to update multiple SIMs of the same time in the same way, you can have several SIMs plugged into your PC and select multiple units.

  1. Choose the SIM you want to update; you can update multiple similar SIMs at once
  2. Choose the SHIPEngine file you want to burn into your SIM(s)
  3. Select Program to perform the operation.
